ProWoman was founded in 2012 and has been active since in promoting women to senior influential positions. The organization provides unique programs for outstanding and ambitious female students in 18 of Israel's leading academic institutions and 1 more in NY.

 

As part of the program, the students meet with women in senior positions in the business world, high-tech, the public sector and the third sector, who provide them with models for inspiration and a platform for discussions on self-realization, career development and finding the right balance alongside a personal life.

 

Graduates of the program, which are integrated with managerial diligence in leading companies in the economy, enjoy a wide network of connections and professional connections that help them move forward at every stage of their careers.

 

We meet young women at the most critical stage of their lives, usually before starting a family and building a career, in order to provide them with a variety of feminine models of success and practical tools that will help them in their own professional careers.
